Kick back, relax, and spend an evening aboard the Hakuna Matata, cruising along the skyline of Downtown West Palm Beach and the magnificent palatial mansions and mega yachts of Palm Beach Island.
Home of the historic coast guard station and President Kennedy's "bunker" built during the Cuban missile crisis. Now a beautiful public park with world renowned snorkeling trails.
Get a view and hear the history of the Flagler Museum & iconic Giant Kapok tree from the water as we pass close by. "Whitehall" is a 75-room, 100,000 square foot Gilded Age mansion built in 1902 and now open to the public for tours & events.

It’s a practical way to see the canal, the expensive houses and yachts. We enjoyed hearing the stories.
We discovered this on Trip Advisor and really enjoyed it. They leave from West Palm Beach docks near Clematis Street, and go north with a historic tour of the Palm Beach mansions seen from the water. Then it circles Peanut Island and returns to West Palm Beach. Lovely time on the water, we appreciated the staff's descriptions of the mansions and they also knew about the various yachts docked in the area. The drinks are just 6$ if you bring your own cup, or 8$ including a souvenir cup. Much cheaper drinks than the surrounding places including Bradley's across the street. Friendly staff. Best to book ahead using cellphone or computer online.
Whole sight-seeing trip was great and very informative for the area we covered! The crew was great, too!
I titled my experience lackluster. As for 2 hours there was only about 45 min of dialogue if that much. The focus was on some of the estates on Palm Beach. I’m sure there is more history to the area. I couldn’t wait for return back wishing it would speed up gladly to cut 30 minutes. But no we went the full time. I gave a 4 because the boat was comfortable and the young men were courteous.
Was expecting a little more authentic commentary. Weather was good, but apparently the speed was slowed down to complete the mandated two hours.
