After welcoming you at the front gate, you will be introduced to the animals and this sacred land. Next, you will experience a movement/ relaxation class in proximity of our two goats. After a short break, you will be guided by an intuitive coaching session with our horse Breezy. Followed by a healthy meal, you will get some time to just relax and BE. At the end of your journey you have the option to choose between a holistic massage ( woman only) or a silent walk in one of Palm beach s beautiful natural areas. Animals and nature are known to brings us back to our true essence. Through their interactions and unconditional love, animals have a gift to help us find answers. Their presence are for many very calming and healing.
